If I had’t taken my vacation in Seattle,WA in ’85,I would never have
known about this album until now. I grabbed this at a record store
there and couldn’t wait to get home to hear it. It was worth the wait!
Every song on the album is great in my opinion and I took giddy pride
in the fact that I was the only one in town ( as far as I knew ) that
owned it(to this day, I have never seen or heard it anywhere else).
There is an excellent variety of song styles on this album and the
arrangements are superb. My two favorite cuts are “You can’t stop
the rain” and the title track. They both have that melancholy “rainy
day” feel to them that I love. Overall, I love this album for all the
aforementioned reasons. It is to my pleasant surprise to see that it is
available now on C.D.
